DetailsOfIncident:

With approximately 13:30 minutes remaining in the 1st half I was playing 
advantage to SFV for a Back Bay penalty infraction at the tackle; SFV had 
driven forward from the tackle and were winning the subsequent ruck.  SFV were 
just inside their attacking half with a numbers advantage and the Back Bay 
defense in disarray.  Mr. Aleki, who committed the penalty infraction at the 
previous tackle, arose slowly behind the SFV ruck and, despite my verbal 
admonishment of "NO!" chose to interfere with the SFV scrumhalf's clearance of 
the ball from the ruck to his back-line; thus denying SFV the attacking 
advantage.  Under Law 10.4(a) I cautioned and sin-binned Mr. Aleki for his 
cynical and professional foul.
