DetailsOfIncident:

At 12:06 minutes into the 2nd half, I had just awarded a penalty to The Olympic 
Club for a Las Vegas infraction at the ruck.  After the whistle as the players 
were rolling away, I saw Mr. McNaughton lift his foot and appear to threaten to 
step on an opponent who was trapped face up and defenseless in the pile-up.  I 
shouted "No" and Mr. McNaughton appeared to hesitate and his foot came down 
next to the Las Vegas player's shoulder/neck.  I cautioned and temporarily 
suspended Mr. McNaughton, showing him a yellow card.
